Property Shows 2009
In 2008 we attended only a handful of shows but the interest that was
generated was enormous so this year we have decided to appear at as many
shows as we can.
With the way things are with regard to the bank interest rates on savings
many people are deciding that if they have a few thousand pounds they
may as well invest it into a property in a country where they know that
it will be a good investment. The properties in the many areas around
Lake Balaton that have opportunity for growth are being snapped up by
early investors that are becoming more and more disillusioned with the
traditional overseas investment countries such as Spain, Bulgaria and
even now Dubai.
